The Purse Spa has always existed as individual seamsters, cobblers, artisans, malletiers, saddlers, leatherworkers, jewelers, gold and silver smiths, and other artists that make the inanimate come to life. We have combined the skills of several renowned professionals in order to provide services to the general public that is both quick and affordable.

Our Artisans include former Hermes Leather Makers and Leather Importers. We have repaired hundreds of Hermes bags faster than sending them to the Paris Location. We can redye bags to any color and even make them rigid again.

We have worked extensively with Chanel especially Chanel Vintage Jewelry. We have worked on pieces from Coco Chanel's own estate and restored hundreds of pieces.

We do not disclose client information to anyone, nobody will ever know you didn't get your product repaired in the store, if we have to use an aftermarket part we will ask you first, we can customize any piece to any size, color or specification.
